DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS

All appointments booked in person or over the phone will require a £20 non refundable deposit to secure the allocated booking, this will be deducted from the final value of the service on the day of the appointment. Deposits can be transferred to another booking see cancelation policy.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

A minimum of 3 working days notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling of colour and tape extension bookings due to 3 hours plus allocated booking time.
48 hours prior notice is required for cancellations of appointments under 2 hours allocated booking time. If less than the notice is provided for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, the holding deposit will be absorbed by the business and extra charges may occur.
As a courtesy we ask you to inform the salon if you are running late. If we cannot accommodate you upon arrival you may still be charged for your original service. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a late cancelation fee.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Products and services purchased using gift vouchers are non-refundable. The total cost of services / products will be deducted from the total value of the gift voucher which can continue to be used up until the date of expiry.

PRICES

Prices shown serve as a guide only, you will be charged for the services you receive, to achieve the desired results as discussed and confirmed during your consultation. An extra charge may apply for longer/thicker hair or extra product/time.
Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to such as Loyalty rewards/promotions.

ARRIVING TO THE SALON

Please ensure you have checked your area of parking for the correct allocated time.
Please ensure that we have a current contact telephone phone number for you.
We currently do not offer colouring services to anyone under the age of 16.
Please arrive on time with dry, clean hair.
Please inform us in advance should you wish to be accompanied by another person during your appointment.
Please bring your own reading material.
The salon does not accept responsibility for coats, bags and belongings.
Please be advised unless booked in for a  service children under 16 are not allowed to wait in the salon during your appointment.

SKIN TESTING

All guests must arrange and attend a free consultation booking prior to any colour service required by law, all guests must also have an allergy alert test at least 48 hours in advance of any new colour or significant colour change. Any adverse reaction to the allergy alert test should be reported to the salon prior to your appointment and to your Doctor and no further colour services can be performed.
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your stylist immediately.

SERVICE GUARANTEE, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections as soon as possible after your appointment and if there was a fault on our side, to offer a solution. This gesture expires 14 days after the date of your original appointment.
Exchanges will be offered for unsatisfactory hair care and styling products purchased from the salon.
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
